VIPERTEK 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage

Vipertek warrants that all Vipertek branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

At its sole discretion, Vipertek will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for any product found to have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance, function, or structural integrity of a Vipertek product when used as intended and in accordance with any supplied instructions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes, scratches, finish wear, fading, and corrosion caused by regular use.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, accidents, impacts, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by over-tightening, improper tools, excessive force, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, solvents, saltwater, extreme temperatures, fire, flooding, or other environmental conditions beyond normal use.
Consumable or wear items that naturally deteriorate over time.
Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by persons not authorized by Vipertek.
Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized dealers.
Loss, theft, or incidental damage not directly related to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

Proof of purchase showing the purchase date.
A description of the issue.
Photographs or videos of the defect if requested.

Vipertek reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection unless otherwise required by law.

Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, Vipertek may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product;
Replace the product with the same model;
Replace the product with a comparable model if the original model is no longer available; or
Supply replacement parts necessary to restore the product to proper working order.

Any repaired or replacement product supplied under this warranty will remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vipertek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a Vipertek product.

Vipertek's maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation.

Warranty Administration

Vipertek reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is covered under the terms of this warranty.

Vipertek may update these warranty terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of the original purchase will apply to the warranty claim.
